A Midsummer Night's Dream will tour to Minnesota high schools
for intermittent school day performances between February 14 and early May.

We are seeking adult, non-union men and women of all ages.
We are especially seeking actors who play musical instruments and actors of color.
A casting breakdown for Roaring Girl is available here.
These plays will not be presented as a repertory, though we may wish to cast some performers in both plays.
Stipend paid.

Midsummer text rehearsals will begin in December.  Roaring Girl rehearsals begin early January.

Please prepare a brief monologue (90 seconds or under) from an English play circa 1590 – 1642 that best shows your skill with heightened text.  Please bring a headshot/resume.

If you play a portable instrument well, please bring it along and prepare a brief demonstration.  We may ask to hear it.

Auditions will be held September 20th and 23rd in Minneapolis.

All audition slots are now full, but we're still seeking actors;
particularly men over 30 for Roaring Girl.

To be considered, please send an electronic headshot and resume to auditions-at-classicalactorsensemble.org
